It seems setting the server port to 81 in horde/config/conf.php fixes
this.  Is this the proper way to set up horde when not using a
standard http port?

Upon further investigation, this issue only occurs when I use a
non-standard port, such as 81.  When using IE, I cannot login to horde
using IMP authentication.

The login page keeps looping back to /imp/redirect.php.  I have not
changed to default option for server port in horde/config/conf.php.
This works w/ firefox, only IE exhibits this.  Any one else see this?
