to do with the caching of css on the filesystem, apache seems not
deliver the entire content of the static content file when included

after the word there is a colorpicker icon. when hoverin the mouse
over i see a link to the prefs.php but click on it only sorts the
column and doesn't open the prefs dialog. also the colors that are
configured in the preferences are not shown in the table only the name
is dispalyed
