Still can't reproduce this. Unless another dev can reproduce this, you 
will have to attempt to track down the source of this yourself.

readding didn't help, only after i changed to another filter (was news 
feed) filter and saved and then changed back the error disappered

I can't reproduce this, and there were some issues with filter listing 
that were fixed a month ago or so.

Make sure you are up to date with Git, and try removing/re-adding the 
facebook block, then report back.

i have set up the facebook integration and included the block in my 
frontpage, when opening now the frontpage i got this error in the log 
file:
