The Euro sign is not part of either ISO-8859-1 or Windows-1251. If you
want to send the Euro sign, you need to pick ISO-8859-15 or UTF-8.

All euro signs (?) will be replaced with '?'. This issue should be
related with ISO-8859-1 and Windows-1252 convertions.
