Changes have been made in Git for this ticket: ~~Bug: 9661~~ Improve determination of view to display. This adds a new "Automatic" choice for view selection on login. This choice uese the "dynamic_view" pref (which is now reverted back to the original 0/1 values) for determining when to show ajax view. All other login choices will override this pref in ALL applications. Mobile devices that login with "Automatic" will ALWAYS display mobile view (when available). Probably need a pref update loginTask to update the dynamic_view prefs. In the meantime, you can try re-entering your desired value for this task in Kronolith's (and probably IMP's) display prefs. Forcing kronolith to the dynamic view works fine. The issue is only related to kronolith. IMP worked fine all the time.

I am using the latest firefox, but since the last commits I am not able to access kronolith dynamically anymore: Your browser is too old to display the dynamic mode. Using traditional mode instead.
