Seeing how categories are being phased out in Horde 4 applications, in favor of tags (which do support colons in the tag name), I'm going to reject this.

kOrganizer uses colons to create sub categories. This causes horde to get in trouble with the category system. You can't assign colours to such a category, as the parser fails on it.
