Yes they are. In fact, they are the first four entries in the file. Doh! sorry :-( was looking in the wrong pref file.

A user can set the following prefs through IMP->Preferences->Personal Information, but they don't appear in imp/config/prefs.php : replyto_addr alias_addr tieto_addr bcc_addr
