Please use the mailing list to ask for support. http://www.horde.org/mail/ contains a list of all available mailing lists. I believe it is the bugs of horde. we spend a lot of time and effort to solve. but still not to success , Could you know any solution to solve the "traditional chinese attachment issue" in Outlook and Window Live mail. On the other hand, May i know the meaning of "The problem is that OUTLOOK is broken, not IMP. See the brokenrfc2231 config option in horde/config/conf.php. " in previous reply ticket. Since i can't to find 'brokenrfc2231' option in our server.please advise. Thank you very much.

When we through outlook or Window live mail to receive the email. The attachment name should be changed to untitled(like this "Untitled attachment 00099.xlsx"). You need to post the SOURCE of the message, not a screenshot. I am sorry that i am misunderstanding in previous message, now i have attached the attachment in this message.

I think you are complaining that chinese characters are not being shown properly in the attachment list. But why would we rename to "untitled"? The attachment isn't untitled - it has a filename/description. You will need to post the source of a message you are having issues with. And also upgrade to a more recent version of Horde. Because our horde have embed in plesk. Plesk Enginner said that the issue still occur in 3.1.11 version. Could you have any method to solve the problem. For more detail please check the attachment. Thanks.
