multipart/alternative message are not attachments.
The dimp view could use a way to view all message parts in a message
(like imp), but this is one of a hundred things that need to be added
from imp.

Imp renders the second part (the one with attachments and html), but
it doesn't detect the attachments.
I attached the message to the bug.
