Well, the ticket tracker doesn't like those chars, but it's still a 
perfectly valid subject.

There is nothing wrong with that. The subject says "???????????????????"

postfix with maildrop, script uploaded through ftp
Horde is using postgresql 8.2 with all setting stored in database

Bug:
if we used international characters in Reason when setting up vacation 
we got something like this in vacation.msg and consequently in 
auto-replies:
=?utf-8?b?xaTEjMWgxL3FoMSMxaTEvcWgxIzFpMS9xaDEjMWkxL3FoMSMxaQNCg
The text was ok in database.

Everything works fine after "patch" (see attachment).
