I don't see this. I had forward_format set to 1. I don't see this any more. probably fix in ~~bug #9248~~

I don't see this. $_prefs['reply_format']['value'] => 1 This setting is irrelevant for forwarding. There is a separate forward_format preference.

$_prefs['compose_html']['value'] => 1 $_prefs['reply_format']['value'] => 1 IMP mode : dynamic select a text/HTML message, then click on forward : a new window pops up, HTML Composition is checked but the HTML Editor does not appear. clicking on "Click here to add the original message text to the body" insert HTML code in the body part of the message. If I click on 'HTML composition', the HTML editor appears but the text looks like HTML code and 'HTML composition' is still checked..
