I don't see this. And that commit listed has nothing to do with viewing a message - it has to do with replying to a message. This ticket involves the accents now showing when viewing a message.

This fixes things for me (at least with that message). I'm having this issue again this morning, may be related to this commit : [commits] Horde branch master updated. 4dbc410dcbf1ec823ff6e1b1199f6233f40d30d9

Changes have been made in Git for this ticket: ~~Bug #9190~~: Add Horde_Support_Domhtml. Charset handling with libxml is less than ideal. Abstract the loadHTML() code out into a single place so that we can experiment and fix things all at once instead of piecemeal. Suggestions for where else this could reside? screenshot we should be able to see "préparer à vendre daoût ;" If I click on reply, I can read and see "préparer à vendre daoût ;"

Attached message partially appear correctly. some accents do appear other don't. This behaviour is really weird.
