Recently a collegue of mine (also Horde user) could not receive any of
my e-mails.

It turned out that she had accidentally added me to her black list.
This can happen by accident quite easily with just a single click on
"Ausschlussliste" in the web interface.

Talking to my web admin it seems that this problem occures rather frequently.

It would be great if a confirmation dialogue could be included asking:
"Do you really want to add this address to the black list?"
