Even though it hasn't been decided yet how to deal with translations in libraries, there's no reason to not make the old version work again until then.

Changes have been made in Git for this ticket: translations should also be searched on the framework (~~Bug #9144~~). This is correct. As of H4, framework packages are designed to be entirely independent of Horde (the base package).

The translation.php script is not listing the framework gettext sentences.
