We now save the current zoom level when saving an event with geo data
and rezoom to that level when editing/viewing the event.  Also, when
geocoding, the zoom level is set on the precision of the results, if
available.

When looking up locations, there is no flag pointer at the located
place in the map, no matter if creating or editing events. Also, if
editing events, the location is not zoomed when opening the map tab.
This is with the Google driver, but it was reported with the SAPO
driver too, so it seems to be driver independent.
