Mnemo hasn't been fully converted for Horde 4 yet, but thank you for the report. Will add this to the list of things to change.

When the block is enabled in the portal, php gives the error: [17-May-2010 10:48:06] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Horde_Registry::getImageDir() in /usr/src/horde/mnemo/lib/Block/summary.php on line 82
