Good luck with this one. I have fiddled with this for hours. The issue has to do with the timing of setting the hash component of the URL vs. the refresh time. Every browser is different, and isn't consistent within the browser. FWIW, I only see this rarely. So it might be a bigger issue with your browser/OS combo.

I can't leave the prefs screen at the moment. If I click on inbox, the whole page reloads but loads the prefs again (#options hash).
