mnemo_shares table, but nothing else happens. It's not displayed in
the WebGUI nor can you use it in any way.
A user with administrator rights is fine thought and every other
application works fine too.

administrator rights can create his own notepads in mnemo and can see
it in the webgui:

A normal user though, can't see his own notepad at all. He can't
create one neither, it's not displayed at all in the webgui (only the
shared, global notepad can be seen):

Other applications in horde (like the adressbook or the calendar) are
working fine. The entries in the mnemo_shares table for the
share_owner are right too.

Administrators can create and see their personal notepads though.

We are using the Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.2.3 and encounter a
strange problem:
The users, who are administrators, see and create their own notepads.
Shares are possible.
But normal users, without administrator rights, can't see or create
their own notepads, but can see and use the shared notepads.
We are using a MySQL backend and the personal notepads from the normal
users are created in the database as they should.
