No idea. I'm afraid you have to track this down yourself.

And what happens if you actually click on "Notizblöcke verwalten"
and try to create one?
Like I said, creating one with a normal user results in a entry in the
mnemo_shares table, but nothing else happens. It's not displayed in
the WebGUI nor  can you use it in any way.

A user with administrator rights is fine thought and every other
application works fine too.

How about you exactly describe the problem? "...can't see or create
their own notepads" is not a helpful error description.
But it's exactly what it is from the users perspective. A user with
administrator rights can create his own notepads in mnemo and can see
it in the webgui:

A normal user though, can't see his own notepad at all. He can't
create one neither, it's not displayed at all in the webgui (only the
shared, global notepad can be seen):

Other applications in horde (like the adressbook or the calendar) are
working fine. The entries in the mnemo_shares table for the
share_owner are right too.

Why not? What exactly isn't working?
I attached the horde.log output with the logging-level LOG_DEBUG. I
would like to give you a better log or some sort of clue, but I
simply don't have such.

So, are they working or not?
Mnemo seems to put an entry in the MySQL database, but the user can't
see or write to the notepad (he created) at all. (Shared folders
created by a administrator are working)

Administrators can create and see their personal notepads though.

We are using a MySQL backend and the personal notepads from the
normal users are created in the database as they should.
So, are they working or not?

Good morning,

We are using the Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 1.2.3 and encounter a
strange problem:

The users, who are administrators, see and create their own notepads.
Shares are possible.

But normal users, without administrator rights, can't see or create
their own notepads, but can see and use the shared notepads.

We are using a MySQL backend and the personal notepads from the normal
users are created in the database as they should.
