Is the 'provides' => 'filter' necessary to recognize the
removeUserData method in the API?
Well, I guess yes if you want to call the method via XMLRPC or SOAP, right?

The attached patch implements a removeUserData() API function for ingo.

It provides the function call for the sql Storage backend.
