After I click on "Dynamic Email" under "options" it logs me out but still has the menu to the left. Clicking from where? Do get any error messages? Which log out reason does the login screen tell you? What's in the log files? I cant seem to log back in at this point to get everything working again until I actually click on the log out button at the top. Why not? What happens if you try to login again? And why do you have a logout button on the top if you have been logged out already?
