Where don't they see their address books? In the preference, where they actually set which address books should be shown in the main interface?

Hi, after upgrade from horde webmail 1.0.6 to 1.2.2 some users reported that some of their address books are gone. They can't see no address books except their default one. I can see their address books in DB, but they can't access them. What can be wrong? What records should I post to debug this issue?
