I use kronolith 2.3 coming with kolab 2.2.1rc. When enabling email 
reminders in kronolith, the reminders are sent only for those 
appointments that have been entered in the calendar via the kronolith 
frontend - for appointments created with kontact, no reminders are 
sent. This is somewhat annoying in an environment with mixed clients.
