Downloading individual files directly works fine.
The attachment in the message source appears as:
--------------030401030404060205010202
Content-Type: text/plain;
name="=?ISO-8859-7?Q?=C5=EB=EB=E7=ED=E9=EA=FC_filename=2Etxt?="
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: inline;
filename*0*=ISO-8859-7''%C5%EB%EB%E7%ED%E9%EA%FC%20%66%69%6C%65%6E%61%6D;
filename*1*=%65%2E%74%78%74
I attach the resulting zip file when downloading the attachments in a

I tested it with greek filenames on Horde Groupware Webmail Edition
