Actually, it looks like it's because when the Horde_iCalendar_vtodo 
object is being created, a UID is not being generated in 
Horde_iCalendar...

The issue is that the $task being passed to the api does not contain a 
UID (or an ID for that matter) and the api call does not create one...

Looking at the code, the only way to get this error is due to the 
'tasks/import' returning a non-PEAR_Error, empty response.  I'm not a 
nag expert so I can't trace it much more than that.

Moving the message works, the task shows up as expected, the message 
is deleted, but instead of getting a status message with a link to the 
new task, you get a status message that "An unknown error occurred".
