That's the place where the Date_Holidays package expect the translations to be, but we don't ship them with Horde Groupware, yet.

After updating from Webmail Edition 1.2 to 1.2.2 I get the following errors when accessing the calendar: Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/srv/www/htdocs/horde/groupware/pear/pear/data/Date_Holidays_Germany/lang/Germany) is not within the allowed path(s): (/www/htdocs/v077681/:/tmp:/usr/bin:/www/htdocs/v077681:/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/share/php) in /www/htdocs/v077681/horde/pear/Date/Holidays/Driver.php on line 310 Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect.
