I tested this issue only on gmail and squirellmail. When im sending this file to lets say gmail account as attachment i see not good filename but utf-8''d%C3%B3p%C4%99czk%C4%852.odt. But everything is ok when im sending this attachment from gmail to account using horde filename is ok.
