recieves an email using charset UTF8, then the machine in question
must have sv_SE.UTF8 installed in locale for dimp to be able to
preview the message title (any other UTF8 locale isn't enough).
To require the system administrator to generate locale for all
different types of possible locales and character sets on the machine
seems to be a bit hefty in my opinion.
