Yeah - already figured this out.  From what I can tell, accesskeys.js 
is breaking any accesskeys from being added to this page (all 
accesskeys are causing a reload, instead of the event to trigger).   
That is Jan's script so maybe he can take a look at this.

Looks like there already is ("N" in English), at least as of IMP 5.

We should bind an accesskey to "Send Message" in DIMP.
