Rejecting my own ticket - considering the recent upgrade to the exifer
library, the fact that the imagick driver doesn't pull all the tags,
and there is a bundled exif library with PHP, this doesn't make much
sense to spend time on.

It seems that the imagick exif code does't extract every exif tag -
most notably missing are the Geolocation related tags.  I guess if
this gets implemented, it will be used as a last resort if PHP or
exifer isn't available.

Another 2.0 TODO:

Implement a Imagick based driver for reading and possibly writing EXIF
data. To be used in place of the Exifer based driver if Imagick is
available
