Added some hover effects and bolding to the headers in IMP 5. Don't see a need to add the address book icons, but it would be easy for someone to add this to the CSS definition if they want to.

Clicking the 'To:' isn't very intuitive especially since the mouse does not change on hover like web users are used to. I placed the address book icon next to the 'To:' on my installation. I can provide the code but I know this is trivial for the programmers. Plus my hack probably isn't the desired method.
