This is the same as ~~#7415~~; both entities you cite are listed that way in the actual source of the feed. Right now the feed block simply doesn't handle HTML, so it encodes the &'s when escaping.

using latest CVS, some special chars don't get translated correctly, eg "é" becomes "&eacute;" feed exemple : http://www.mbpgroup.fr/web/rss_Francais.xml
