The links are really only fallbacks if the users don't use iTip
capable clients. Beside that, attendees must not be able to retrieve
information from an event unless explicitly allowed or sent by the
organizer.

attend.php CVS patch file for previous attend.tar

small problem:  I allowed owner to view status of attendance, should
restrict to just that function.  Unless there is interest, I will go
on to other things now.

Few more changes - added time display, made sure nothing written to
database when viewing and allowed owner of appointment to view using
same link.  Still working on start/end  date viewing.

After upgrading to the latest horde/IMP/Kronolith

I edited attend.php Version :

kronolith/attend.php,v 1.2.2.7 2008/05/24 17:47:51

and added a new file viewattend.inc (from view.inc)

Tested on SME v7.3 php4 - still would like to have the time details
shown as well.

Will attempt to use local cvs next.

When the web page links to confirm attendance are used, very little
feedback is given to the user.  I would like the attendees to know who
else has also accepted.

Considerations:  Security and Privacy - the links are reasonably
public, but this information will only be available where the calendar
has already been made public via permissions.

I have older code which I will try to update to 2.3 and submit later
for this, but bear with me as I haven't used this ticket system or cvs
before.
