"There was an error deleting messages from the folder "Inbox". This is what the server said: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist." This sounds like a situation where the user is using a Trash folder but that Trash folder does not exist.

Might also be that your customer changed something about the preferences when deleting messages. Does the selected trash folder exist? I had a similar thing recently and but that happened since I played with the preferences about message deletion in imp. I didn't have the time to go deeper but I got a very similar message.

This is a message from the IMAP server, this has nothing to do with Horde.

A client of ours has a problem with Horde whereby he cannot select either single or multiple emails for deletion, when he does so he gets the following message:- "There was an error deleting messages from the folder "Inbox". This is what the server said: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist." This means that he cannot delete any old/unwanted emails. I have checked and both the mailbox and account are working normally. We recommend Horde to our clients and this is the first time a problem such as this has arisen. Please advise. Regards, Raf Skibinski Director Adooda Limited
