Mimp seems to be broken since at least version 1.1 and version
1.1.1-rc1 is also broken. I also tested version 1.0.2, which seems to
work just fine.
This ticket can be closed. This error was caused by multiple little
errors: there were some files left from the previous mimp 1.0.2
installation; horde auth mode was set to composite where mimp was the
authenticator application for mobile clients.

Unable to use mimp or even login to mimp with Series 60 devices due to
excessive url redirects. This is because mimp 1.1 and newer versions
seems to cause excessive url rewriting and redirects during login and
because there is a hard (not user changeable) limit of 8 consecutive
redirects in Nokia Series 60 devices.
