I really wanted this to be doable via a redbox overlay, but the calendar popup just wouldn't work correctly in that environment. Implemented as a regular popup browser window.

This should be doable both for single images via the image properties page (using a date picker) and in bulk from a gallery view by selecting multiple images and clicking a new action "Edit Dates" that will open a redbox-type window that will contain both a date picker control as well as fields to add or subtract a certain number of days from the current date - similar to how iPhoto does it.

Use a date picker to allow changing the image_uploaded_date and the image_original_date fields on the image property page.
