for "CANCELLED" is not possible as "show-time-as" does not know state
"cancelled" (see the Kolab format at
http://kolab.org/doc/kolabformat-2.0rc7-html/c300.html).

in the calendar module is a bug in the kolab driver. When events are
saved, the status "free" (in form [4]) is saved as "busy" and is
displayed as cancelled. I have added a patch to fix this.
