permissions code that your error refers too. So again: when exactly
does it happen, and which steps did you do to get there?
execute at all. I got the error as soon as I tried to run the script
with PHP cli. I was trying to install on Ubuntu Hardy. I have since
changed to suse 10.3 and I am able to execute the script.

installation of Horde Groupware Webmail. I had completed all the
prereqrequisites and I was on step 5- Configure Horde Groupware
Webmail. 2 Creating databases and Configuring Horde Groupware Webmail.
At this point I was to run the setup.php script from the scripts
directory. When I tried to run the script I got the error I reported.
