Looks like it's been taken out entirely, but just for the record we 
should not be relying on HTTP_REFERER anywhere.

For whatever reasons my server does not always set HTTP_REFERER in $_SERVER.

Kronolith uses this in /usr/share/horde/horde/kronolith/lib/base.php 
on Line 96 ,

and php therefore complains.
