With the option "Include original message in a reply?" checked, the dynamic html editor (Xinha and FCKeditor) fails to load when replying to a message. The "HTML Composition" checkbox IS checked. To fix, I can click on "HTML Composition" checkbox, it stays checked, and the DHTML editor loads.
