I don't see this.  The code that adds site-specific headers has been 
completely rewritten in IMP 4.2 anyway.

In the InBox view, when I check multiple items and click "report as 
spam," they all get moved to my default spam folder, but this message 
is displayed at the top, once for each message following the first one:

I'm using Horde 3.2.1 with IMP 4.1.6.
