Groups are now removed, but still need to work on Perms.  There 
doesn't seem to be a good way to do this other than iterating over 
every application and then over each application's Perms and then 
checking/removing the user. Any other thoughts/ideas appreciated...

When deleting a user it is not removed from horde_perms and 
horde_groups_members.
