Exactly what the error message says! You are missing a database table.

I use 3.2.1 and syncML Thunderbird Extension from Funambol. When i syncronize, Thunderbird crash with this error: Jun 19 10:02:50 botolo HORDE[6077]: [horde] DB Error: no such table: SELECT syncml_clientanchor, syncml_serveranchor FROM horde_syncml_anchors WHERE syncml_syncpartner = 'fmz-thunderbird-plugin' AND syncml_db = 'calendar' AND syncml_uid = 'alessio' [nativecode=1146 ** Table 'horde.horde_syncml_anchors' doesn't exist] [pid 6077 on line 665 of "/home/httpd/html/horde/lib/SyncML/Backend/Horde.php"] What happens? In RC works fine!
