focus. Obviously, catching deletes/arrows/etc. in the search input
box doesn't make much sense so we shouldn't be doing navigation stuff
while we are in there.
Now it was true that clicking on a message with your mouse would not
cause the searchfilter field to lose focus as one would expect. I
have added a blur() call to fix this UI glitch.
