Summary ⇒ "Patch attached" flag not working correctly

if you create a new ticket and set the "Is there a working patch
attached?" flag, the value of the field seems to get lost. The history
will show "Patch: No" afterwards. Either this is a display problem or
the flag gets lost while saving the the backend (permission problem?).
Cheers,
Thomas
