Things like priority are done with _imp_hook_msglist_format in 4.2 and later. See imp/config/hooks.php.dist.

After upgrading from IMP 4.1 to 4.2 I can't see the priority of the mails in the inbox anymore. I also see no configuration option for that. After opening an email I see the priority (e.g. if it has priority 1 -> highest).
