Committed, but FWIW, the perms check is really inconsequential, since we are also limiting the query to galleries owned by the currently logged in user...which by definition means they have PERMS_ALL. Also, added the missing limit param...I assume that is what was desired here...

My galleries are not all the galleries that I can see. But only those I can edit or even better those I can delete. The patch filters galleries listing in My galleries block by EDIT permission and and the limit parameter.
