Set a list of sources in Turba's "Address Book" preferences 
(/horde/services/prefs.php?group=addressbooks&app=turba).

In Imp's "New Message" window, choose "Address Book" (opens 
/horde/imp/contacts.php in a new window). The source in the "from" 
pull-down is the second in the list. It really should be the first.

The attached patch fixes the problem.
