Not quite that easy - had to make changes to browser detection to 1) 
detect Safari 3 and 2) mark it as rte available.  Also marked Opera 
9.5+ as rte available.

Recent version of both FCKedit (checked with 2.6) and Xinha (as of the 
May 12th release) support Safari 3.x.  It would be excellent if Safari 
could be allowed to use HTML Composition again.  (This is one of the 
complaints of our users after our upgrade from 4.0.5 -> 4.2RC3)
