How can be the Gollem's clipboard activated right after login?

The reason behind it: to attach files from remote FS (Horde user 
home), it is necessary to have active clipboard. If it is not, 
Gollem's interface, which opens from the New message composition 
window, does not contains Add, Done un Remove buttons at the bottom of 
the page.

Everything works if after login something is copied to and removed 
from clipboard.
