Looks like Plesk screwed up PHP's include_path, this method exists.

Hi,

I export my adress Book in Horde.
If I want to import this file in Horde, I had this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method File_CSV::warning() in /usr/share/psa-horde/lib/Horde/Data/csv.php on line 131
